All orders (Standard and Custom) are processed within 1 to 3 working days, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times vary based on your location:
- Inside Dhaka: 1-3 business days
- Outside Dhaka: 2-5 business days
Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are dynamically calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination and selected courier service. The exact cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Product Inspection
Customers must inspect all products (including Watches, Smartphones, and Electronics) in the presence of delivery personnel before accepting the package. Any damage or discrepancies must be reported immediately to avoid complications.
Delivery Liability
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by extreme weather conditions, political situations, courier service disruptions, or incorrect customer information (address, phone number). Please ensure all details are accurate at checkout.
