Mandatory Product Inspection
All products, especially high-value items such as Watches, Smartphones, Electronics, and Gadgets, must be thoroughly inspected in the presence of our delivery personnel before accepting the delivery.
Important: Once you accept the product without inspection, we cannot process returns or refunds for physical damage, missing accessories, or functionality issues.
Wrong or Misprinted Products
If you receive a wrong product or a product with printing errors, you must report the issue within 36 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement within 3 to 4 working days.
- Report within 36 hours of receiving the product
- Provide clear photos or videos showing the error
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Replacement will be processed within 3-4 working days
Non-Returnable Cases
The following situations are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Change of Mind: Products cannot be returned simply because you changed your mind
- Minor Color Variations: Slight differences in color due to screen settings or lighting are not valid return reasons
- Customized Products: Items customized or personalized as per customer request and approved before production
- Used or Damaged Products: Products that show signs of use, wear, or damage after delivery
- Missing Original Packaging: Products without original tags, labels, or packaging
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. The refund amount will be credited to your account within the specified timeline.
Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 3 to 4 working days after approval.
